Overview
TB Frag (Ac-SDKP) is a naturally occurring tetrapeptide bioregulator cleaved from the N-terminus of thymosin β4. In published preclinical research it has been studied for anti-fibrotic, pro-angiogenic and hematopoietic-regulatory activity, associated in part with the ACE/Ac-SDKP axis and inhibition of prolyl oligopeptidase; it is chemically and functionally distinct from the thymosin β4 17-23 fragment (TB-500).

FAQ
TB Frag is the N-terminal fragment (residues 1-4) of thymosin β4, sequence Ac-Ser-Asp-Lys-Pro (Ac-SDKP / Goralatide). It is a different molecule from TB-500, which is the acetylated 17-23 actin-binding fragment (Ac-LKKTETQ). We list both as separate SKUs so buyers order the intended peptide.
Each lot ships with a Certificate of Analysis including an HPLC purity chromatogram and mass-spec confirmation against the expected molecular weight (~487.5 g/mol, formula C20H33N5O9). Additional third-party or independent lab verification can be arranged on request.
Standard formats are 2 mg, 5 mg and 10 mg lyophilized vials, with a minimum order of 50 kits (500 vials). Fill weights, bulk powder quantities and custom vialing are available for private-label and OEM programs.
It is supplied as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) white powder in sealed vials. We offer cold-chain and ambient shipping options and can advise on packaging for international freight; buyers specify the destination and preferred incoterms at RFQ.
No. It is offered strictly as a research-use raw material and OEM input; we make no consumer, therapeutic or dosing claims. The buyer is responsible for regulatory classification, labeling and import compliance in the destination market. Custom private-label labeling is available.
