Overview
SLU-PP-332 is a synthetic small-molecule pan-agonist of the estrogen-related receptors (ERRα, ERRβ, ERRγ), first reported by the Burris laboratory in 2023 with EC50 values of roughly 98, 230 and 430 nM respectively. In preclinical research it is characterized as an "exercise mimetic," upregulating mitochondrial biogenesis, cellular respiration and fatty-acid oxidation in skeletal muscle and other metabolic tissues.
