Overview
CJC-1295 with DAC is a synthetic 30-residue analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH 1-29) bearing four stabilizing substitutions ([D-Ala2, Gln8, Ala15, Leu27]) plus a C-terminal lysine functionalized with a maleimidopropionyl group known as the Drug Affinity Complex (DAC). In research models the maleimide moiety forms a covalent bond with circulating serum albumin, markedly prolonging plasma residence and GHRH-receptor exposure relative to non-DAC GHRH analogs such as Mod GRF (1-29).

FAQ
We supply CJC-1295 with DAC as a lyophilized research-use powder in 2 mg, 5 mg and 10 mg vials, with a minimum order quantity of 1 kit (10 vials). Larger bulk quantities and custom fill weights are available on RFQ.
For the applicable lot, Pepti confirms whether available documentation includes a batch-linked COA reporting the actual HPLC purity result, plus HPLC chromatogram and MS identity record. A ≥99% HPLC purity target may be quoted unless a different RFQ specification is agreed; the acceptance criterion and actual result must be confirmed for the applicable lot.
Both share the same [D-Ala2, Gln8, Ala15, Leu27] GHRH(1-29) backbone, but the DAC version adds a C-terminal lysine bearing a maleimidopropionyl group that covalently binds serum albumin in research models, substantially extending circulating half-life. The non-DAC variant lacks this albumin-binding moiety and clears far more rapidly.
Pepti provides custom vial labeling, kit configuration, and documentation packages for private-label brands and distributors. Reconstitution ancillaries such as bacteriostatic water can be bundled into finished kits on request.
CJC-1295 with DAC is supplied strictly for laboratory and research use, not for consumer or veterinary consumption. Buyers are responsible for meeting import, licensing, and regulatory requirements in their destination market.
